An interesting argument. I think the key reason why people simply assume Jackson was a child molester is that after the settlement he continued his definitely odd behavior of having sleepovers with young boys instead of carrying on without it. Personally I think it was plausible he was guilty, but it’s certainly not clear cut. The stain of that accusation even when found innocent never goes...
