NYT analyzes the strength of the juiciest allegation pointed at Blago.  It’s an interesting point, but I don’t think Fitzgerald would have gone about that press conference the way he did unless he knew he could prosecute it.  He’s not one for grandstanding.  I hope the gov gets nailed to the wall, and I also hope more people like Fitzgerald are appointed to be US Attorneys.
